Social Service Supervisor 5 (SSS5) - Aspire House/Centralia

The Placement Exception Facility Supervisor functions as the first-line supervisor of Social Service Specialists.

• Supervise a unit of Social Service Specialists and complete child welfare casework
• Model trauma-informed care with all youth and staff in Aspire House
• Ensure that the youth at Aspire House receive access to education, nutrition, and youth enrichment activities

• One year of experience as a Social Service Specialist 4
• Two years of experience as a Social Service Specialist 3
• Eight (8) years of paid social service experience* AND 30 semester or 45 quarter credits in a Social Services discipline
• A Master's degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences, or Master’s degree which includes 30 semester or 45 quarter credits in a Social Services discipline AND three years of paid social service experience*
• A Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences OR any Bachelor’s degree which includes 30 semester or 45 quarter credits in a Social Services discipline AND four years of paid social service experience*
