Software Engineer

The Azure Compute Organization is responsible for creating the foundation of Microsoft’s Cloud Platform responsible for providing hardware management, virtualized computational substrate, and fully automated service management.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices that support scalable and performant solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Develop and maintain features across services and platforms with a focus on quality and reliability.
• Apply software engineering best practices to ensure maintainable and secure code.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and deliver on assigned tasks and features.
• Participate in a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Actively seek feedback and mentorship to grow technical and collaboration skills.
• Learn from peers, projects, and customer feedback to improve contributions and understanding.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python,
