Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school in Waterford, MI, supporting students in grades K-5. This contract position begins ASAP and runs through May 29, 2026, working 37.5 hours per week. The caseload consists of approximately 52 students, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in early childhood speech and language development.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for K-5 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs
• Utilize teletherapy methods when appropriate to maintain consistent therapy services

• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, especially within schools or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy services is a plus
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively in a school environment
