Senior Analyst - Virtual & On-Demand Care Model Analytics

The Ascension Data Sciences Institute (ADSI) was created in July 2019 with the mission of supporting Ascension in achieving its Quadruple Aim with uniquely skilled, high-performing associates who develop analyses, models, and applications to enable Ascension in providing higher value healthcare and making strategic decisions.

• Support virtual care analytics, including provider, patient, and business outcome metrics as well as implementation & expansion reporting
• Develop and build key performance indicators in partnership with clinical stakeholders
• Build and monitor data processing pipelines, working closely with data engineering and other technical teams to manage the data infrastructure needed to evaluate and scale programs
• Build reporting dashboards that deliver on clinical and business stakeholder requirements, including documentation of data elements and metrics
• Support ad hoc analytic requests and communicate findings to stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and guidance

• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Strong SQL skills are required
• Experience working with EHR, medical billing and coding, claims, and/or other healthcare data is preferred
• Experience in clinical care settings and/or virtual care or telehealth/telemedicine technology is desirable
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Tableau, Looker, and/or Salesforce is desirable
