About the role
This position provides essential administrative support to Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations, sales territories, and district management.
Responsibilities
- Communications and meeting administration
- Data entry and management in HRIS, ATS, and timekeeping system
- Filing and record keeping
- Monitoring financial/operating reports
- Processing expense reports
- Providing administration support for training and performance management processes
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have at least a High School diploma or GED
- Have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience in an administrative support or customer service position
- Have an associate degree or higher in Business, Business Management, or Human Resources
- Have prior work experience using an HRIS and/or ATS
- Have prior work experience maintaining and analyzing data
- Have prior work experience using timekeeping systems
