About the role

This position provides essential administrative support to Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations, sales territories, and district management.

Responsibilities

  • Communications and meeting administration
  • Data entry and management in HRIS, ATS, and timekeeping system
  • Filing and record keeping
  • Monitoring financial/operating reports
  • Processing expense reports
  • Providing administration support for training and performance management processes

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience in an administrative support or customer service position
  • Have an associate degree or higher in Business, Business Management, or Human Resources
  • Have prior work experience using an HRIS and/or ATS
  • Have prior work experience maintaining and analyzing data
  • Have prior work experience using timekeeping systems
