DSHS Lakeland Village Licensed Practical Nurse 2 (LPN) 2
Responsibilities
- Provide treatment and nursing care for people who have developmental disabilities and/or other neurological, physiological, or behavioral health disorders
- Assist in developing and managing Individual Habilitation Plans for residents and clients to help improve and maintain health
- Implement care plans, administer medications, and assist the physician and other medical staff with treatments and exams
Requirements
- Professionals with a valid Washington state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or those who can obtain the license prior to employment
