Agile Practitioner

The Agile Practitioner (AP) will be a key coach for squad(s); they are responsible for performing a servant-leadership role and involved in coaching, mentoring, and training the squad(s) on agile and lean practices to help squads scale.

• Promote and support high performing squads with diverse capabilities
• Utilize different team building and personality models to motivate diverse personalities
• Provide coaching and support to Squad Owners (Product Owners)

• 14-18 years of software industry experience
• 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a Scrum master
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
