Ideal for swimming, boating and fishing Beautiful agriculture and farmland Sebring is known for motorsports and home to the famous Sebring International Raceway Nature and hiking trails The role you'll contribute: Has knowledge of community health concepts, principles of ambulatory clinical nursing care, case management and care coordination. Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team and the patient/ family, utilizes best practice to maximize patient engagement and patient selfmanagement efforts. Promotes the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission and core values. The value you'll bring to the team: Assists with rooming patients for appointments. Obtains accurate temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, height and weight. Documents correctly on progress note. Prepares patient for physical examination. Screens patients for appropriate information. Instructs patients in collection of samples and tests. Explains procedures, treatments, and nursing care to patients and when necessary to significant others prior to implementation. Oversees appointment scheduling to ensure triage preferences are given to patients in emergency situations. Use proper injection techniques. Maintains a sterile technique.
