Senior Complex Claims Director – TPA Oversight

• analyze and process bodily injury and third-party property damage claims
• ensure proactive claims handling
• identify and evaluate coverage issues
• prepare comprehensive coverage letters
• retain and provide direction to coverage counsel
• assess liability and resolve claims
• coordinate vendor referrals
• calculate and assign reserves
• monitor reserve accuracy
• refer cases as appropriate
• respond to requests or directions
• attend arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials

• 10+ years of General Liability/Auto claims experience
• experience with complex and high exposure General Liability Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims
• excellent communication skills
• strong negotiation skills
• advanced experience and capabilities in litigation claims management
• in-depth knowledge of claim handling procedures
• advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• creativity in resolving challenging business problems
