Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the CxD Studio to support horizontal initiatives and programs.
- Facilitate project planning, tracking, and updates to ensure goals are met on schedule.
- Manage project documentation, including capturing decisions, action items, and outcomes for effective knowledge-sharing and project tracking.
- Organize and maintain project rhythms, ensuring that meetings, check-ins, and reviews run smoothly.
- Hold project contributors accountable for deliverables supporting project momentum and success.
- Develop and manage communication strategies to keep contributors and stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles fostering team alignment.
- Support and enhance collaboration across teams by promoting project management best practices and smooth information flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project management in a design, tech, or creative environment.
