Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the CxD Studio to support horizontal initiatives and programs.
  • Facilitate project planning, tracking, and updates to ensure goals are met on schedule.
  • Manage project documentation, including capturing decisions, action items, and outcomes for effective knowledge-sharing and project tracking.
  • Organize and maintain project rhythms, ensuring that meetings, check-ins, and reviews run smoothly.
  • Hold project contributors accountable for deliverables supporting project momentum and success.
  • Develop and manage communication strategies to keep contributors and stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles fostering team alignment.
  • Support and enhance collaboration across teams by promoting project management best practices and smooth information flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management in a design, tech, or creative environment.
