About the role
Partner and provide PBP support to a business unit as well as lead a team of PBPs who support multiple lines of business
Responsibilities
- Partner and provide PBP support to a business unit
- Lead a team of PBPs who support multiple lines of business
- Influence Site Leader on decisions that impact the site
- Drive site engagement in partnership with key partners and site leadership
- Collaborate with site leadership team and Global Security to establish best practices for business continuity
- Organize and lead critical discussions with site leadership to raise awareness to local challenges and initiatives
- Provide support for campus expansion efforts, space planning, executive visits, compliance, government affairs, required regulatory reporting, politics and local nuances
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in a HR management, generalist, specialist in Employee and/or Labor Relations and/or business partnering role
- Proven Track record of leading a team of People Business Partners
- Highly approachable with well-developed organizational agility and influencing skills
- Experience with informing, influencing and making decisions with data and metrics
- Passionate about enabling our employees to do the best work of their lives
- Deep understanding of how business work, leaders bring these to life and how design effective organizations are designed
