Supervisor Provisioning

The Supervisor Provisioning supports our Purpose in their coaching and development of the Provisioning Team. The Provisioning Team is responsible for servicing aircraft and stocking them with beverages, in-flight snacks, and other supplies for travel.

• Determine that aircrafts are properly serviced and provisioned prior to departure and that all forms and records are properly completed and maintained.
• Monitor the quality, quantity, and procurement of provisioning supply purchases
• Actively coordinate with all Departments to maintain the station’s on-time performance, Employee morale, and Customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe working environment and instituting programs designed to help reduce accidents and injuries.

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services
