About the role
Manage assignments for installations, conversions and upgrades, and develop implementation plans that ensure minimal impact on end users. Collaborate on needs analysis for customer service, upgrades or changes to systems. Recommend cost-effective hardware/software solutions. Manage multiple projects, often through subordinate project managers. Ensure resources and organization structure are in place and operating effectively; and anticipate conflicting needs and proactively resolving them. Direct, develop, and present to management various analyses that include organization, systems, feasibility and cost/benefit studies, implementation plans. Exercise judgment and influence on key technical decisions, standards, policies, environment selection, architecture, data flows and technical solutions. Support client and regulatory requirements. Develop scope and estimation efforts for Facets implementations of existing clients and new business. Develop estimates and planning models for Facets upgrades on an annual basis. Provide Technical solution development for various project and vendor implementations. Create and build end to end process flows to support business flows and workflow changes. Responsible for production triage and steady state support. Oversee project team and assign out analysis deliverables to support project timelines. Ensure regulatory deliverables are met on time and in accordance with timely submissions. Meet with client leaders and project stakeholders with recommendations and path forward for business needs and regulatory changes. Propose solutions once all necessary requirements have been shared and documentation artifacts have been created. Analyze current state technical solutions and help develop a roadmap for future state architecture and enhancements. Adopt Agile methodology principles and help new associates become efficient in process. Assign and delegate work as necessary to support workstream alignment across Enrollment/Claims/Reporting/Fulfillment/ and Configuration. Analyze current project portfolio and provide recommendations for in flight and future state planned projects to Ascension Insurance Senior Leadership Team. Support Client changes and needs on an annual benefit basis. Serve as a liaison between vendor and operations to support new implementations and day to day support. Work with Ascension Technologies development team to ensure design and ETE solution will be met based on development SDLC. Serve as a conduit between Ascension Technologies and Business stakeholders upon business signoff and project Go-Lives. Support Production and Warranty periods after new implementations are live.
