Position Overview Soliant is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite position near Lafayette, Colorado for the 2025/2026 school year. Responsibilities Provide differentiated instruction for students with varying learning needs Develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Work in collaboration with general education teachers, support staff, and families Monitor and document student growth and achievement Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom climate Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education standards Qualifications Active Colorado Special Education Teaching License (required) Familiarity with IEP creation and implementation Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Reliable and organized Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $35–$45/hour (based on experience, education, and location) Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available 401(k) with employer matching How to Apply Please send your updated resume to Nash.King@soliant.com or apply directly through this posting.
