Speech Therapist in San Tan Valley, AZ

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services within a K-12 school setting located in San Tan Valley, AZ. This contract role spans the current school year (CSY) and focuses on supporting students with speech and language disorders through personalized and evidence-based care.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver targeted therapy sessions to address speech and language goals effectively
• Monitor, document, and report student progress with accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, school psychologists, and other specialists to ensure cohesive support for each student
• Engage and educate families, promoting involvement in the student’s therapy and progress

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology is mandatory
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Ability to work independently and as an active team member
