Associate General Counsel - Commercial Vendor Technology Transactions
Responsibilities
- Developing and negotiating procurement technology contracts
- Leveraging knowledge of complex technology agreements
- Providing advice and assistance to executives and management
- Supervising outside counsel and managing associated budgets
- Serving as a resource for other attorneys and paralegals
- Assessing and mitigating risk
Requirements
- JD, current license to practice law
- Minimum of 9 years of specific industry and/or technical legal experience post licensure
- Experience with a broad spectrum of transaction types
- Strong experience with legal issues related to clinical, cloud computing, machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
