A leadership role is available overseeing nursing operations in a home infusion care setting. This position requires a strong clinical background combined with proven management expertise to effectively lead and support nursing staff while ensuring high-quality patient care.

• Oversee daily nursing operations at the home infusion care location
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
• Manage and support a team of clinical, professional, and administrative personnel
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Implement policies and procedures that support quality care delivery

• Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of five years of clinical experience within scope of practice
• At least two years’ management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or a related healthcare organization
• Proven track record supervising nursing staff for a minimum of two years
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide nursing personnel
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of home infusion therapy practices
