LPN Physician Office

Responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients within a patient care unit. This position collaborates with medical practitioners and ancillary team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients within a patient care unit.
• Collaborates with medical practitioners and ancillary team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administers procedures and treatments, supervises and delegates tasks to unlicensed personnel, and ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintains equipment and work environment standards, and communicates changes in patient conditions.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduate of an Approved School of Practical/Vocational Nursing
• State of Florida License in Licensed Practical Nurse
