Citi is very excited to be launching our Mentoring Programme in Risk Management. The programme is designed for university students interested in pursuing a career finance & banking, with focus on risk management.

• Successful applicants will be assigned a mentor from the Citi Risk Management Team.
• Over a five-month period, they will support their mentee in building knowledge of Citi, financial industry, and risk management.

• Are interested in driving your career in finance & banking, with focus on risk management
• Have analytical mindset
• Are at least a 2nd year student
• Are fluent in English (Polish is not required)
• Have never been employed by Citi
