About the role
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines for ingesting data from various sources, including clinics, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. Develop and implement data models, schema designs, and table structures to support various data needs, including formulary management, inventory tracking, and patient impact analysis. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of all ingested data. Monitor data pipelines for performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations. Work closely with analytics teams to provide clean and accessible data for reporting and insights. Implement data governance best practices and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations. Evaluate and recommend new data technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
