About the role
The part time Flights Ops Support role provides subject matter expert support to key projects and needs inside of Flight Training & Standards and Delta Professional Services (DPS).
Responsibilities
- Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for pilots on operational issues
- Providing support to pilots during safety related events, flights that require MCC input, or conflict resolution
- Coordinating cross-divisionally in the OCC/ACC for operational issues
- Connecting pilots with CPO and other departments for problem resolution
- Monitor communication channels to mitigate operational impacts
- Analyze flight schedules and coordinate with ACS to identify flights that will alter our operation
- Monitor and assist with DOT 3/4compliance
- Assess pushback delays for accuracy and identifying trends
Requirements
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
- To be considered for this role, you must have been a Delta pilot in the past
