Role Summary: The Procurement Manager, Process & Policy, is responsible for governing procurement policies, enabling consistent processes, and maintaining procurement systems and data integrity across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Maintain procurement policies, SOPs, and process documentation required to ensure consistent, repeatable and compliant practices.
- Deliver procurement training for teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits, including inquiries, remediation tracking, and corrective actions.
- Map, standardize, and improve end-to-end procurement processes (sourcing through P2P) and maintain guidance on AI-enabled sourcing practices used in daily leader standard work.
- Support system implementations, enhancements and documentation of procurement technologies—including Oracle/P2P and WSS or other required procurement systems or tools.
- Troubleshoot procurement system issues, partnering with IT and functional teams to resolve errors and support end-users.
- Ensure procurement-wide data quality and appropriate information access to manage and maintain increased compliance, and to enable consistent, reliable workflows.
- Maintain sourcing templates, workflow standards, and documentation across shared repositories, procurement sites and TEAMS channels.
- Work closely across the Procurement team, and with Finance, Legal, Operations, InfoSec, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on policies, process designs, and procurement system usage.
- Lead the development of SOPs, training materials, and guidance documentation to improve procurement capability and to support stakeholders’ awareness and on-boarding needs.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in procurement operations, procurement governance, supplier risk, or process excellence roles.
