Licensed Practical Nurse 4 - Full Time, Perm

• Administer medication
• Use tools, techniques, and physical and cognitive skills and abilities to practice nursing safety and effectively in the correctional setting and within the scope of practice defined by state law and administrative code
• Provide competent patient care
• Self-evaluate and practice professional nursing conduct at all times
• Delegate and assign tasks to other staff as appropriate
• Provide effective communication and documentation

• Initial and continuous unencumbered licensure in the State of Washington as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
