DSHS FTAA Truck Driver 2

• Pick up and deliver food, supplies, packages, mail, and hazardous materials
• Transport materials, furniture, and equipment using large vehicles
• Operate tools and equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, hydraulic lifts, and lift gates
• Maintain records of deliveries, goods received, vehicle service, and mileage logs
• Ensure vehicles are fueled, serviced, and transported for maintenance as needed
• Move and assemble supplies or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
• Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations

• Clean driving record
• Ability to read and write effectively
• Physical capacity to perform heavy outdoor work
• Knowledge of safe equipment operation and state motor vehicle laws
• Familiarity with state equipment operation rules, as well as tools, methods, and materials used in equipment servicing and maintenance

• 5% premium pay
• Free ORCA card for transportation use
• Additional 5% premium pay for on-site work
