CVOR Surgical Tech

This role focuses on providing specialized nursing support in the CVOR, ensuring optimal patient care and assisting surgical teams in complex cardiovascular procedures.

• Prepare and maintain the cardiovascular operating room before, during, and after surgery
• Assist the surgical team by anticipating equipment and instrument needs
• Monitor patient status and support anesthesia protocols as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Document all procedures and maintain detailed records

• Proven experience as a CVOR Technician or in a similar nursing role specializing in cardiovascular procedures
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and perioperative care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Current nursing license and relevant certifications
