Pediatric Nursing RN

Manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 pediatric patients, with an expectation of 5-6 visits daily. Provide skilled nursing care including IV therapy, tube feeds, wound care, and specialized treatments such as VAC dressings and port access. Utilize electronic medical record systems (Epic) and OASIS for documentation and case management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans effectively. Maintain accurate documentation with a focus on time management and quality of care. Participate in a flexible weekend rotation or permanent weekend schedule based on agency needs. Respond to call-back requests 2-4 times monthly during early evening hours without overnight responsibilities.

• Registered Nurse licensure with at least 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Prior experience with home health care settings highly preferred.
• Proficiency using Epic electronic medical records and OASIS documentation is essential.
• Preferred skills include IV therapy, managing ostomies, chest tubes, and complex wound dressings.
