• Define the strategic direction of the Service Technology products based on clear commercial rationale and robust analysis or insights with a focus on your product area
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and support teams, user experience specialists, to optimise existing capabilities as well as creating new ones
• Leverage data, insights and KPIs to make data driven decisions improve the experience and product performance
• Provide thought leadership to our business stakeholders based on data trends, product landscape change, and industry best practice
• Drive delivery on strategic roadmap projects, working alongside other product leads within the service and business operations
• Understand the business objectives and requirements across Central OTT, local team Operations, Digital, CRM and Technology teams
• Continuously work with and manage the relationships with your stakeholders across the territories we support
• Work closely with the technology delivery teams to ensure the best solution is designed to meet the objectives of the business
