Technology Scrum Master | Citi Careers
Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts
- Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups
- Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages
- Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
Requirements
- Overall work experience between 4-8 Yrs
- Deep understanding of Agile & lean values and principles
- Working experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach of distributed Agile teams
- Skilled in training or coaching individuals and teams in Agile practices
- Working knowledge of best practices in value-driven development
