Manager Scenic Maintenance

The Manager, Scenic Maintenance, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of elevated (high-reach) cleaning operations across the park to ensure continuous park excellence and show quality for our partners and guests.

• Oversees all aspects of elevated (high-reach) cleaning operations across the park
• Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Scenic Maintenance team
• Manages the day-to-day execution of high-reach cleaning tasks performed by an internal team of union technicians
• Ensures timely completion of tasks while upholding park standards
• Oversees all vendor and third-party high-reach cleaning work
• Manages a consolidated budget for stock materials
• Collaborates with Operations, Rides and Show Quality teams to uphold park standards
• Ensures any issues in quality and safety are resolved in a complete and timely manner
• Champions innovation with process improvements and emerging technologies
• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement to optimize operations, create efficiencies, and reduce costs

• Theme Park Operations knowledge and experience
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and supervising on-site crews
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible is essential
• Experience managing in a union environment
