• Lead multiple parallel projects
• Collaborate closely with RF test engineers and technicians
• Coordinate and drive build-readiness reviews
• Manage specification reviews and the spec sign off process
• Talk to System EPMs to coordinate regulatory testing within the timeline for product MP release
• Work closely with factory teams to enable RF testing in development and mass production
• Attend and drive technical sessions with suppliers/design partners to track & follow up issues/customer concerns
• Attend and drive collaboration and co-ordination sessions with multi-functional team members from SW/FW/HW to track feature enablement
• Present to management in weekly multi-functional meetings to align on project progress
• Prepare issue/bug reports to present to system level teams, multi-functional teams and management

• BS degree + 3 years relevant experience
• Requires one of the following: RF Test Equipment or knowledge of cellular standards including WCDMA, LTE and 5G and/or Knowledge of 3GPP RF test specification and/or General knowledge of WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS
