Manager, Hiring Logistics & Operations, Talent Acquisition

• Lead a high-performing organization composed of direct and indirect reports
• Direct sophisticated process management efforts
• Drive impeccable process compliance and operational execution
• Collaborate with internal business partners to interpret, apply, and implement legislative and regulatory guidelines

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of people management experience
• At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with business clients and stakeholders
• At least 3 years of combined experience across the risk, process, or project management disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
