About the role
The Medical Office Representative will assist with patient registration, scheduling, and billing, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and billing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Process payments and handle insurance claims
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
