About the role

The Co-op will be assigned to support Delta’s corporate DOT and Disabilities Compliance team regarding DOT regulatory programs. The Co-op will report to the Manager of DOT and Disabilities Compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Passenger Protections Regulations
  • Air Carrier Access Act
  • The Co-op will assist the Manager in developing, maintaining and implementing Delta’s DOT and Disabilities programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and generally-accepted standards of good practice.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at a four-year accredited institution
  • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or later
  • Available to work full-time for three alternating semesters: Summer 2026, Spring 2027, and Fall 2027
