• 10+ years of experience in a people/functional line management role
• Internal and External Stakeholder management
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills
• Project management/execution and delivery experience
• Experience in delivering results and meeting financial plans
• Strong interpersonal/relationship and influence skills
• Demonstrated ability to improve cycle time and overall efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to improve satisfaction levels of business partners
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
