About the role
Director and Senior Lead Counsel, U.S. Bank Regulatory Legal Group
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and actionable legal counsel and advice
- Advise functions on regulatory legal issues affecting responsibilities
- Prepare regulatory applications and notices
- Stay abreast of changing laws and regulations
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders and functional partners
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically and exercise judgment
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of relevant experience providing legal advice
- Deep experience providing legal advice on regulatory issues
- Experience preparing regulatory applications and notices
- Knowledge of international banking organization and Subpart A of Regulation K
- Experience negotiating coordination and monitoring management of complex issues
