Finance Transformation Manager

The Finance Transformation Manager will be responsible for developing and articulating a clear vision and roadmap for finance transformation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technological advancements.

• Develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for finance transformation
• Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs
• Identify, analyze, and redesign finance processes
• Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new financial technologies
• Develop and execute robust change management strategies
• Improve financial data governance, reporting capabilities, and analytics
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with financial regulations

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance roles
• Proven experience in driving a focused transformation initiative
• Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports or project teams
• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of core finance processes
• Proven experience with major ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Past experience with Python/SQL from a business-facing/finance role a plus
