About the role

Join our mission-driven team as a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting K–12 students across Montana. You’ll empower students to build communication skills that unlock confidence, connection, and success—in school and in life.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual 1:1 and small group speech-language therapy to K–12 students using engaging, evidence-based methods.
  • Conduct online evaluations to determine speech/language needs and create targeted intervention plans.
  • Develop, implement, and track IEP goals in compliance with Montana and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to align services with student needs.
  • Use secure teletherapy platforms (e.g., Zoom, Presence) to deliver interactive, effective sessions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Montana SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • 2+ years of school-based experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and delivery
  • Comfort and confidence using teletherapy technology
