• Competently perform routine and specialized radiation treatments
• Exercise sound clinical judgment to ensure safe, precise procedures and timely delivery of treatments
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain attentive monitoring throughout treatment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to encourage cooperation and trust
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to maintain privacy and safety
• Support department operations by performing specific procedures and orienting new staff members
