Operations Program Lead

The Operations Program Lead drives the planning, execution, and scaling of key initiatives within the People organization

• Define and implement the roadmap for strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business partners
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive innovation
• Ensure solutions are scalable, ethical, and aligned with Apple standards

• 5+ years of hands-on operations experience
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent majors
