Assistant Manager, Ride & Show Maintenance

Supervises the mechanical, controls, and animation maintenance activities across Universal Kids Resort (UKR) theme park. Contributes to routine, capital, and expense budgeting and sets direction and priorities for all maintenance functions within the area of responsibility. Manages and leads technical staff to include continuous improvement, personal development, and administration in area of responsibility.

• Supervises the mechanical, controls, and animation maintenance activities across Universal Kids Resort (UKR) theme park.
• Contributes to routine, capital, and expense budgeting and sets direction and priorities for all maintenance functions within the area of responsibility.
• Manages and leads technical staff to include continuous improvement, personal development, and administration in area of responsibility.
• Manages the preventative, predictive, corrective, and annual maintenance activities and seasonal weather condition sustainment initiatives.
• Ensures the safety of both guests and Team Members in all attractions, shows, and water play areas.

• 5+ years of experience in operations or maintenance management of a large resort, hotel, or theme park with 1+ year of leadership experience is required, experience within a seasonal or regional theme park is a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
