• Ensure monthly reporting deadlines are met
• Be fully competent in the use of relevant systems including BSS, Soundmous e, MusicBo x & PRS for Music
• Ensure cue sheets are approved to a high degree of accuracy on a consistent basis
• V alidate track & usage details using various web-based music resources
• Identify and resolve issues that may occur through the automated identification of music
• Work closely with the Music Licensing, Creative & SATV teams to ensure the accurate reporting of licensed and commissioned music
• Build and maintain solid and effective working relationships with both internal and external contacts

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work to fixed deadlines & prioritise workload
• Proficient in MS Office/MS Teams
• Understand the need for accuracy, diligence & accountability when dealing with cue sheet data and music reporting
• Professional, positive & pro-active attitude is essential along with the ability to work well both as an individual & within a team
