Student Nurse Technician Campus Float

This position is responsible for providing nursing care and support to patients under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in a defined care team and in accordance with assigned tasks

• Providing nursing care and support to patients under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse
• Patient personal care/hygiene and physical comfort
• Preparing patients, equipment and supplies for specific procedures/examinations
• Performing, monitoring, reporting and documenting all clinical activities
• Assisting nursing staff in the admission, discharge and transfer of patient

• Current enrollment and in good standing in a full time Nursing Program
• Active Nurse Aide (CNA) license in good standing in Nebraska
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
