Leading our Major Accounts team, managing a team of highly experienced and skilled underwriters, managing colleagues and overseeing a range of programs and processes, managing your own portfolio of complex risks, driving the AIG value proposition for key industry segments, building effective relationships with brokers and clients, promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and learning, mentoring and developing colleagues through effective leadership, role modeling, and training programs
