School Registered Behavior Technician

Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate RBT to join a partnered school district. This position is a 1:1 role supporting a middle school student with ASD who demonstrates avoidance and peer conflict behaviors.

• Provide consistent 1:1 ABA-based support to assigned student
• Implement behavior intervention strategies to address avoidance and conflict behaviors
• Collect data on student performance and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, behavior specialists, and parents to ensure student success
• Maintain professionalism and patience in challenging situations

• Active RBT registration through the BACB (required)
• Active CPI certification (required)
• Previous experience working with students with ASD preferred
• Ability to remain calm and use de-escalation strategies effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
