School Social Worker

Soliant has an opening for a contracted School Social Worker in the Quarryville, Pennsylvania area. This position is for the 2025–2026 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional Health Benefits & 401k package.

• Provide social work services that support students’ social, emotional, behavioral, and academic development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling services using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a resource to school staff and families, including crisis intervention support and referrals to community resources.

• Must hold a state-issued School Social Worker license or certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active state social work licensure (such as LMSW or LCSW), as required by the state.
