Responsible for delivering outstanding experiences and high-touch assistance for members. This position builds individual relationships with members to ensure satisfaction with their experience. Additionally, this role greets members, schedules appointments, and updates medical records. In addition, this position manages community center activities. Ensures the first impression made on members aligns with the team-based care approach.

• High School Degree or equivalent
