About the role
Manage activities, workflow and resources of assigned nursing travelers. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for their assigned team. Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned team. Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services. Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve and monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines. Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff
Responsibilities
- Manage activities, workflow and resources of assigned nursing travelers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for their assigned team.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned team.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services.

Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
- Additional Preferences: previous leadership experience strongly preferred; previous surgical services RN experience strongly preferred
