About the role
The Manager, Talent Acquisition role is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a partner to hiring managers, delivering a great experience to both Candidates and Hiring Managers
- Execute and enhance SWA’s recruiting strategy to attract top talent across various functions and geographies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to effectively understand their talent needs, priorities, and business objectives
Requirements
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Knowledge of the applicant tracking system, and other relevant recruitment and sourcing technologies
- Ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
