Manager Talent Acquisition Pipelines

The Manager, Talent Acquisition role is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

• Act as a partner to hiring managers, delivering a great experience to both Candidates and Hiring Managers
• Execute and enhance SWA’s recruiting strategy to attract top talent across various functions and geographies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to effectively understand their talent needs, priorities, and business objectives

• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Knowledge of the applicant tracking system, and other relevant recruitment and sourcing technologies
• Ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies

• Fly for free on any open seat on all Southwest flights
