Health Service manager 2 WA State Penitentiary, Walla Walla, WA Full Time Annual Salary Range: $111,751 - $117,630 The Health Services Division provides health care administration to a comprehensive, complex health care delivery system.

• Plan, lead, organize, and control the work performed by the Health Care units
• Assure appropriate and optimum use of DOC resources
• Direct and manage complex and diverse health services
• Supervise and coordinate all offender health care and treatment
• Liaison among medical, custody, other institutions, and DOC staff

• Minimum of Three (3) years of supervisory management experience in an acute or ambulatory health care system
• Analysis, Observation, and Decisiveness competencies
• Extensive experience in leadership and administering health care services
