School-Based Physical Therapist

A short-term opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to support a K-12 school serving PreK through 2nd grade students.

• Delivering physical therapy interventions tailored to young children
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to implement individualized treatment plans
• Documenting progress accurately

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Experience in school-based physical therapy or pediatric healthcare environments
• Ability to engage and support young children (PreK to 2nd grade)
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with school personnel and families
• Flexibility to provide services 4-5 days per week during the contract period
